Annerie Delport is a Senior Associate in VDMA’s Corporate and Commercial department and a member of the Corporate and Commercial practice.

Annerie specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and banking and finance matters, and advises clients across a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. Her expertise extends from financing and security solutions to corporate governance, compliance and company secretarial services, including work across the private equity, technology, manufacturing, food and agriculture, and banking sectors. She has advised clients on significant commercial transactions and strategic corporate matters, including acquisitions, restructurings and financing arrangements, providing commercially focused legal solutions tailored to complex business and regulatory environments.

In addition to her technical legal expertise, Annerie’s strengths include delivering commercially practical and solutions-driven advice, enabling clients to navigate sophisticated transactions with clarity and efficiency, with particular focus on strategic risk management and transaction execution.
