Hazel is an admitted conveyancer with more than 20 years’ experience in end-to-end conveyancing, trust accounting and legal practice management. She has a proven track record of independently managing high-volume conveyancing departments and overseeing multimillion-rand property transactions, consistently delivering accurate, compliant and timeous registration outcomes.
She specialises in residential and commercial property transfers, bond registrations, SARS and municipal compliance, lodgement and registration processes, as well as the full financial management of conveyancing files. Her expertise also includes trust accounting, financial reconciliations, investments, and maintaining strong internal financial controls within conveyancing environments.
