Stuart has assisted numerous multinational clients with their M&A transactions in Africa in the fields of financial services, agriculture insurance, energy and renewables, fintech, and telecommunications, media and technology.
Stuart also has extensive experience in advising clients on renewable energy transactions including advising, negotiating and concluding numerous solar and wind renewable energy transactions on behalf of generators, off-takers and aggregators.
